It is with much excitement that Helen Adams Realty announces the groundbreaking of its latest expansion, a stand-alone office building in Fort Mill. This expansion comes just three years after the firm opened and began leasing its South Carolina office in December 2018.
“When we opened the Fort Mill office in 2018, the area had already seen tremendous growth. The years since have been no different and we are excited to further our investment here with a state-of-the-art building in Springfield Town Center,” said Jeff Adams, President.

The new building, designed by Progressive AE, will be approximately 4,000 square feet. Inside, the office boasts two conference rooms, comfortable seating areas, a large, open workspace with lofted ceilings, and private workspaces available as needed. It will include an outdoor area, with temperature control, to allow the space to be useable for events and meetings year-round. The design of the space considered both the need of the current roster, but also the growth of the company and its future in Fort Mill and Charlotte.
“The success that this office has experienced is deeply rooted in the people here,” added Frank Adams, Managing Director of Sales and Affiliated Businesses. “Much of it stems from Geri’s passion for people, our staff’s exemplary support of the agents, and the agents’ relationship-based approach to the business. We are very grateful to them and to our clients and we feel fortunate to be part of the Fort Mill community for years to come.”
