Helen Adams Realty to Open Fourth Office in Fort Mill

Helen Adams Realty is excited to announce that they will open an office in the Fort Mill market in the spring of 2019. The firm currently has offices in Ballantyne, Cornelius and on Randolph Road. They are thrilled to bring their services to Fort Mill, which the US Census Bureau recently named the nation’s fastest growing city.

 

To manage the Fort Mill office, Helen Adams Realty has hired Geri Mullinix to serve as Broker-in-Charge. Geri has worked in residential real estate in the Lake Norman, Charlotte and South Carolina communities for 13 years and served as Broker-in-Charge for the Keller Williams, Fort Mill Market Center; as an Assistant Team Leader for the Keller Williams, Ballantyne Market Center, as District Director/Broker-in-Charge for Fathom Realty.

 

Helen Adams, a sixth generation Charlottean, founded her residential real estate company in Charlotte in 1975. Her achievements as an entrepreneur and community leader laid the foundation for a thriving, multi-office real estate business, and today she has become a role model for women throughout the Charlotte region.  

 

Helen's legacy to the company was her commitment to the highest level of personal service, unmatched area knowledge, exceptional real estate expertise, and unwavering ethical standards. The firm’s resolute commitment to these standards of excellence has attracted 191 top sales associates to partner with the firm today.
